On March 2, 2009, in Superior Court of Iredell County, N.C., a jury found that Steven Bruce Fish was guilty of fraud. The jury found that Fish’s fruad was “accompanied by outrageous or aggravated conduct.” They ruled that Fish must pay the plaintiff, R.K. Company, $27,500 in punitive damages, and a total judgment amount of $257,450 plus interest and attorneys fees.
Fish has not paid the judgment. Can you trust Steve Fish in any business or personal dealings?
UPDATE: Fish has claimed that the civil judgment in North Carolina was not allowed to be domesticated in Florida. You can make up your own mind as to whether that is confusion or a lie on his part, because the fact is, the judgment has been domesticated.
